M.A.M. Meccanica Alto Milanese was established in 1953 and in that year the first plant for polyethylene was manufactured.

Since that time, many different lines have been produced, building on the development of new technologies to follow the continuously advancing market, always specialising in high density PE production.

In 2006 CMG has finalised a contract for the acquisition MAM. With this deal the MAM brand and technological know-how became the property of CMG.

This initiative has resulted In a widening success In the market and the MAM name continues to exist, making use of a new and dynamic technological and commercial support.
